means for capturing video and audio of the cockpit and passenger cabin of the

aircraft while simultaneously serving as an input terminal for all voice and data

communications to the flight data recorder system, wirelessly connected to said

means for establishing data connections between the video camera system and the

quick access recorder and flight data system and data collection processes;

means for providing data compaction and data encryption services with

control program for streaming flight data between the quick access recorder, or

suitable acquisition unit, the satellite network, and a remote data center, wirelessly

connected to said means for providing quick access to raw fight data from the flight

data recording system through means such as a SIM (Subscriber Identify Module)

USB port, cellular or satellite network connection or the use of standard flash

memory cards for wireless data communications for facilitating the duplicative

storage and real time access to flight data;

means for remote mass storage of the flight data from the flight data

recorder system, wirelessly connected to said means for interstellar

telecommunications network to control data communications between the wireless

access recorder or suitable acquisition unit, and the remote data center used for

storing flight data;

means for providing a wireless data communications link between the quick

access recorder and remote data center, wirelessly connected to said means for

interstellar telecommunications transmission of data to remote data centers, control

data communications between the wireless access recorder and the remote data

center used for storing flight data;

means for providing a plurality of tracking transmitters and stronger signals

for transmitting distress radio beacon signals used to assist emergency responders
