means for transmitting data between the quick access recorder, the satellite

network, and the remote data center, wirelessly connected to said means for

providing satellite communications connectivity between the quick access recorder

and a wireless data link to the remote data center;

means for interstellar telecommunications network to control data

communications between the wireless quick access recorder and the remote data

center used for storing flight data, wirelessly connected to said means for

transmitting data between the quick access recorder, the satellite network, and the

remote data center;

means for establishing the satellite communications network session for

wireless communications between the quick access recorder and the remote data

network, wirelessly connected to said means for interstellar telecommunications

network to control data communications between the wireless access recorder and

the remote data center used for storing flight data;

means for establishing data connections between the video camera system

and the quick access recorder, wirelessly connected to said means for providing

quick access to raw fight data from the flight data system through means such as a

USB storage device or cellular or satellite network connections, or the use of

standard flash memory cards and for wireless data communications for the storage

and access of flight data in event of an emergency;
