Wafer paper is a raw material used in the confectionery sector. It is
edible and is the ideal semi-finished item for numerous food
products such as, bread, pastry, cakes and sweets.

Wafer paper is widely used in the baking of coconut macaroons,
spring rolls, in edible labels, confectionery, nougat and cakes. In
addition, wafer paper decorations are very popular for giving cakes
an extra special finishing touch.
We supply most major manufacturers of nougat and other sweets
using edible wafer paper, country wide.
