Causes of Water Pollution

Some sources of water pollution are sewage,

fertilizers, pesticides, Industrial waste and oil

spills.

Sewage

It is the waste and used

water from homes and
factories carried through

drains and pipes. It is

impure and dirty water.
Much of the sewage is

released into rivers and

seas. It is unsafe for

humans and marine
organisms as well. This

toxic water can cause

health problems and

diseases in animals and
human beings.
