Camper Photos
Each session we take an all-camp photo. We give
each camper an 8x10, which will be ready in the
office during check out on departure day. Extra
copies, 5x7 or 8x10, are available for purchase.
Photos of camp in action will be posted on our site
several times a week.
Canteen Fund
The mandatory canteen fund covers the
camp T-shirt and the daily-allotted snack
items from our snack shack. The Canteen
Fund charge is $35/session to be paid prior to
camp
Camp Birthdays
We celebrate birthdays at camp! We always have cake and sing to the birthday camper. If you plan to send a card or
gift we suggest doing so in advance, ensuring it is with your child on time. We are happy to hold onto these items until
that special day arrives. Some parents choose to provide a cabin pizza party for their camper’s special day. We are
happy to host one for you! Private parties cost $120 and include pizza, cake, music, and a special exclusive area for
your camper and his or her cabin. Please check off the “Birthday Party” option on the “Additional Options” form
online through myGWT.
“Camp Bank”
Campers often choose to have extra money for purchases at our Camp Store and Snack Shack. These funds should
be deposited in the camper’s “Camp Bank” for safekeeping. Campers may make purchases against their account.
Parents may deposit money ($50/session is the suggested amount) in their child’s account via credit card online or
by providing a check indicating the camper’s name and “Camp Bank.” There are no cash transactions during camp.
Monies not spent are returned after camp or held over for next summer. You can check on the status of your child’s
camp bank account during the summer and add funds if desired through the “View Accounts” tab on your myGWT.
We are not responsible for cash lost at camp so please do not keep cash in the cabin.
