billion times a month, or average at 9:08 minutes, which can also support this
competency’s result.

Based on ALEXA’s Ranking 2018 , that surveys the website usage behavior
and tools to access websites. The survey stated that Thais access Google services
extensively, as a result from the following websites, which are 1. Google.co.th, 2.
YouTube.com, 3. Google.com, 4. Facebook.com, 5. Pantip.com, 6. Lazada.co.th,
7. Movie2Free.com, 8. Blogspot.com, 9. Line.me, and 10. Sanook.com. The survey
is also pointed out that the website usage is from portable computer by 28

percent , reduced from last year around 3 percent. However, most of the website
traffic are from mobile devices, which are from mobile phone 55.5 million devices,
increased from previous year up to 69 percent, and the usage of computer tablet
is also increased up to 3 percent. From these number, it can summarize that Thai
populations are able to access digital devices, which can reduce the digital gap
and improve quality of life for community. Because of those, the average score
of Thai population’s competency in media and information access is 46.2, which
