            phone. Moreover, most of the population access Google as the main service.

            From these reasons, the government need to promote more channel that can be
            access and use the digital devices for accessing quality media, including Thai

            MOOC for lifelong learning to create knowledgeable people to innovate the next
            big thing for country in the future.































            Exhibition 3: Thai populations can access the Internet media, express themselves creatively, and
            participate in social and politics.
                    According  to  MIL  survey,  the  average  score  of  Thai  population’s

            competency in the Internet media access, creative expression, and participation

            in social and politics is 40.9, which is in improve level due to the fact that most
            of  Thai  populations  express  in  non-creative  fashion  from  expression  that  is

            required thinking, analyzing, and evaluating of the way to express opinions for

            profitability  in  media  consumers  within  social  media  across  the  Internet.  By

            evaluating the interest trends of Thai populations, the trends are shown that 10

            of the most popular keywords included “football”, “movie”, “(football) match

            score”,  “Facebook”,  “translate”,  “song”,  “lottery”,  “live  football  match”,
            “football house”, and “YouTube” , which reflected to the status of Thai society
