Ignition switch is in "ON" gear, the blowing rate switch is in the speed regulation gear,
The blower is not working DI
and the blower does not run.
Diagnosis procedure
EG
1. Check the fuse
a. Ignition switch:LOCK.

b. Open the instrument panel fuse box cover.
c. Remove blower fuse F40 (30A).

Caution
Dismount the fuse with a special fuse remover. Do not pull it out directly with hands, which may

damage the fuse.
d. Check if the intermediate fuse of blower fuse F40 (30A)
ST
is burnt out.
Disconnect Normal
BR
BW
EL
Check if the fuse is broken
Yes> replace with the same spec fuse.
NO>go to Step 2.
2. Detect blower relay
a. Ignition switch:LOCK.
b. Disconnect the blower relay R16 and check the continuity with a multimeter.
c. Take a multimeter to measure the continuity of No. 30 and
No. 87 terminal of low beam lamp relay R16.
Standard resistance:
Storage battery voltage Standard value
Do not apply voltage on relay 30
