DI - 254 Diagnosis - Diagnosis-fault diagnosis of electronic and electrical parts
Check if the result is ok?
Yes>go to Step 3.
NO>replace with the same spec bulb
3. Check the rear fog lamp switch circuit
a. Ignition switch:LOCK.
b. Disconnect the connector B034 of rear fog lamp switch
c. Disconnect the connector B061 of body controller
d. Take a multimeter resistance gear to measure the
resistance between No.18 terminal of rear fog lamp switch
B034 and No.17 terminal of car body controller connector
B061.
Standard resistance:
Multimeter connecting terminal Standard value
B034(18)-B061(17) About 0Ω
Check if the result is ok?
Yes>go to Step 4.
NO>repair or replace the harness
4. Check the rear fog lamp switch grounding circuit
a. Ignition switch:LOCK.
b. Disconnect the switch B034 of rear fog lamp
c. Take a multimeter resistance gear to measure the
resistance between No.16 terminal of the rear fog lamp
switch B034 and grounding.
Standard resistance:
Multimeter connecting terminal Standard value
B034(16)-grounding About 0Ω
Check if the result is ok?
Yes>go to Step 5.
NO>repair or replace the harness
