Failure phenomenon Phenomenon description

Although the ignition switch is placed at "ON" position, the

Diagnosis procedure
1. Check the combination instrument fuse

a. Ignition switch: LOCK.
b. Open the body harness fuse box cover.

c. Remove combination instrument fuse F12(5A) and F29(10A).
Caution
Dismount the fuse with a special fuse remover. Do not pull it out directly with hands, which may
damage the fuse

d. Check whether the combination instrument fuse F12 (6A)
Disconnect Normal and fuse F29(10A) are burnt out.

Check if the fuse is broken
Yes>replace with the same spec fuse

NO>go to Step 2.
2. Check the power circuit of combination instrument.

a. Ignition switch: LOCK.
b. Respectively disconnect the combination instrument connector B014.
c. Ignition switch: ON.

d. Measure the voltage between the B014 terminal 2 and the
ground with the multimeter in voltage gear.
Standard voltage:

Multimeter connecting terminal Standard value

B004(2)-grounding Storage battery voltage
