DI - 334 Diagnosis - Diagnosis-fault diagnosis of electronic and electrical parts
Diagnosis procedure
1. Check the circuit from front axle/rear axle air pressure sensor to combination instrument.
a. Ignition switch: LOCK.
b. Respectively disconnect the combination instrument connectors B014, front axle air pressure sensor
connector B016 and rear axle air pressure sensor B017.
c. Use a multimeter to respectively measure the resistance
of 7#, 16# and 17# terminals of combination instrument
connector B014 and 1#, 3# and 2# terminals of front axle
air pressure sensor connector B016.
Standard resistance:
Multimeter connecting terminal Standard value
B014(7)-B016(1) About 0Ω
B014(16)-B016(3) About 0Ω
B014(9)-B016(2) About 0Ω
d. Use the same method to check the wire harness from combination instrument to rear axle air pressure
sensor by multimeter.
Check if the result is ok?
Yes>go to Step 2.
NO>repair or replace the harness.
2. Check the front axle/rear axle air pressure sensor
a. Ignition switch: LOCK.
b. Disconnect the front /rear axle pressure sensor connectors B016, B017.
c. Use a multimeter to respectively measure the
conductivity between 1#, 2# and 3# terminals of front axle
pressure sensor connector.
Standard resistance:
Multimeter connecting terminal Standard value
B016(1)-B016(2) Conduction
B016(3)-B016(2) Conduction
d. Use the same method to check the conductivity between rear axle air pressure sensor terminals by
multimeter.
Check if the result is ok?
Yes>go to Step 3.
No > repair or replace the front axle/rear axle air pressure sensor.
