TR-24 Transmission and Control Mechanism - Clutch

Clutch master pump

Check and repair

1. Discharge the clutch oil (see "Chapter TR Transmission and Control Mechanism - Clutch - Clutch oil
reservoir, Oil Drainage")
2. Open the front flip-over cover

3. Remove theclutch master cylinder

a. Disconnect the connectors of clutch switch.

b. Remove the locknut of the outlet pipe of clutch master
cylinder.
c. Remove the outlet pipe of clutch master cylinder.
Caution

Close the oil piping with sealing cap to
prevent debris from entering.

d. Remove the fixing bolts connecting the clutch master
cylinder and the pedal, take off the clutch master cylinder
assembly.
