TR-64 Transmission and Control Mechanism - Manual Transmission

3. Remove the transmission control mechanism assembly

a. Remove the fixing bolts and nuts of the transmission
control mechanism assembly and remove the
transmission control mechanism with bracket assembly.

b. Remove the fixing bolts of transmission control
mechanism and take off the transmission control
mechanism.

4. Install the transmission controlling mechanism
assembly
a. Install the transmission control mechanism onto the
bracket, install the fixing bolts and fasten them.

b. Install the transmission control mechanism with
bracket assembly into the fitting position in the cab,
install the fixing bolts and nuts and tighten them.

5. Install the shifting flexible shaft

a. Install the shift flexible shaft to the shift shaft rocker
arm and install the fixing nuts and tighten them
Torque: 41~51N•m

b. Install the fixing bolts on the support of shift flexible
shaft and tighten them
