DIAGNOSIS-POWER REARVIEW MIRRORS 62-109

Diagnosis Procedure
•Take the left rear view mirror as an example for diagnostic steps, the right rear-view
mirror diagnosis with the left rearview mirror.

1. Check the electric rearview mirror switch.

(a). Ignition switch:"LOCK".
(b). Disconnect the electric rearview mirror switch connector J08.

(c). Check the electric rearview mirror switch
with multimeter.

Yes>To step2.
No >Replace the electric rear view mirror switch assembly.

2. Check harness and connector (Electric rearview mirror switch-left rearview)

(a). Ignition switch:"LOCK".
(b). Disconnect left electric rearview mirror assembly connectors J03.
(c). Disconnect the electric rearview mirror switch connector J08.
