Is the result normal?
Yes>To step 3.
No >Repair or replace the harness.

3. Check the harness and the connector (the wiper and washer switch-grounding)

(a). Ignition switch:"LOCK".

(b). Disconnect the connector C21 of the
combination switch (wiper).

(c). Measure the resistance with the multimeter
on the resistance range.
Standard resistance: (check whether there
is an open circuit)

Connect the pin by Standard value
multimeter

C21 (3) - Grounding ＜ 2 Ω

Is the result normal?
Yes>To step4.
No >Repair or replace the harness.

4. Check the low-speed relay R10 and the the high-speed relay R11 of the front wiper

(a). Ignition switch:"LOCK".
