Check whether the results above are normal?
Yes>To step7.
No >Replace the front wiper motor assembly.

7. Check the harness and the connector

(a). Ignition switch:"LOCK".

(b). Disconnect the connector C57 of the body
controller.
(c). Measure the voltage with the multimeter on
the voltage range.
Standard Voltage:

Connect the pin by Standard value
multimeter

C57 (23) - grounding Battery volt

C57 (24) - grounding Battery volt
Is the result normal?
Yes>To step8.
No >Repair or replace the harness.

8. Check the body controller

(a). Connect the connector C57 of the body
controller.
(b). Measure the resistance with the multimeter
on the resistance range.
Standard Voltage:

Connect the pin by Standard value
multimeter

C57 (2) - grounding Approx. 1V

C57 (3) - grounding Approx. 1V

Is the result normal?
Yes>To step 9.
No >Replace the body controller.
