(d). Connect the positive and negative electrode
of the bulb to the positive and negative
electrode of the battery respectively to
check if the bulb will light up.

Is the result normal?
Yes>To step 3.
No >Replace the bulb.

3. Check the harness disconnection

(a). Ignition switch:"LOCK".
(b). Disconnect the left front combination lamp connector A28.

(c). Turn the combination switch to the "dipped
headlight"gear, measure the voltage
between the No.2 terminal of the left front
combination lamp connector A28 and the
grounding with a multimeter.
Standard resistance: (check whether there
is a short circuit)

Connect the pin by Standard value
multimeter
A28(2) - Grounding Battery Volt

Is the inspection result normal?
Yes>To step 4.
No >Maintain the harness disconnection between the connector A28 of the left front
combination lamp and the fuse F21 of the left dipped headlight.

4. Check harness short circuit to the grounding

(a). Ignition switch:"LOCK".
(b). Disconnect the left front combination lamp connector A28.
