62-438 DIAGNOSIS-COMBINATION METER

Diagnosis Procedure

• Ignition switch: "ON", confirm that there is enough fuel in the fuel tank (greater than 1/4
fuel level).
• When the fuel level of fuel tank is less than 27±2.5mm, or the fuel sensor resistance is
greater than 137.7±2Ω, the fuel warning indicator lamp turns on.
• When the fuel level of fuel tank is greater than 27±2.5mm, or the fuel sensor resistance
is less than 137.7±2Ω, the fuel warning indicator lamp turns off.

1. 检查燃油传感器

(a). Ignition switch:"LOCK".

(b). Disconnect the fuel sensor B01 connector.

(c). Measure the resistance between No.2
and No.3 pin of fuel sensor B01 connector
by multimeter.
(d). Remove the fuel sensor, respectively
simulate the states of fuel level in different
position according to the following table.
