6. Take down the transmission filter element.
NOTICE:
Pay attention to the seal ring during operation.

7. Put a new filter element at the mounting
position.
NOTICE:
Pay attention to the seal ring during installation.

8. Refit the oil pan.
(a). Refit the oil pan gasket onto the oil pan.
NOTICE:
•To fit the gasket, find out the raised part of the
gasket, and align it with the oil pan vent hole.
• If the oil pan is not replaced, the sealing contact
surface shall be clean and free from oil (the
corrosive cleanser shall not be used), and the
use of sealant is not allowed.

(b). Refit the oil pan, and tighten the bolt in the
6 2 4 8 sequence shown in the left figure.
Torque:12N•m
