6. Check the harness and the connector (the front combination head lamp-grounding)

(a). Ignition switch:"LOCK".

(b). Disconnect the left front combination lamp
connector A28.
(c). Disconnect the right front combination lamp
connector A03.

(d). Measure the resistance according to values
in the table below.
Standard resistance: (check whether there
is an open circuit)

Connect the pin by Standard value
multimeter
A28(7) - Grounding ＜ 2Ω

A03(7) - Grounding ＜ 2Ω

Is the inspection result normal?
Yes>To step 7.
No >Repair or replace the harness.

7. Check the combination switch

(a). Ignition switch:"LOCK".
(b). Disconnect the combination switch connector C16.

(c). Turning the combination switch to the
"dipped headlight" gear, measure the
continuity between the No.12 terminal
and the No.19 terminal of the combination
switch.
