(d). Tighten the turbocharger water return pipe
weldment fixing bolt with the torque of
9±1N•m and the turbocharger water return
pipe hollow bolt with the torque of 32±3 N•m .

(e). Install the turbocharger subassembly, and pre-tighten the turbocharger subassembly
fixing bolt ① and the turbocharger subassembly fixing nut (arrow direction).

(f). Tighten the turbocharger subassembly fixing
1 bolt with the torque of 25±2N•m and the
turbocharger subassembly fixing nut with
the torque of 30±3 N•m (for the longitudinal
engine).

(g). Tighten the turbocharger subassembly fixing
1 bolt with the torque of 25±2N•m and the
turbocharger subassembly fixing nut with
the torque of 30±3 N•m (for the horizontal
engine).
