12C-170 ENGINE MECHANICAL SYSTEM - TURBOCHARGER SUBASSEMBLY

(n). Install the turbocharger intake pipe.
(o). Install the turbocharger pressure recirculating valve.
(p). Install the turbocharger air bleed control valve.

(q). Fit a new 1-ear clamp (arrow direction) onto
the turbocharger air bleed control valve and
exhaust valve connecting hose.
PROMPT:
• The 1-ear clamp is disposable.
• Note that the 1-ear clamp shall be fixed at 2 ~ 3
mm from the pipe nozzle.

(r). Fit a new 1-ear clamp (arrow direction) onto
the turbocharger air bleed control valve and
compressor front connecting hose.

(s). Fit the clip on wiring harness ① onto
the turbocharger air bleed control valve and
fuwx12C452 compressor front connecting hose.

(t). Fit a new 1-ear clamp (arrow direction) onto
the turbocharger air bleed control valve and
compressor rear connecting hose.
PROMPT:
• The 1-ear clamp is disposable.
• Note that the 1-ear clamp shall be fixed at 2 ~ 3
mm from the pipe nozzle.
1 (u). Fit the clip on wiring harness ① onto the
turbocharger air bleed control valve and
fuwx12C453 compressor rear connecting hose.
