11 . Disconnect the horn harness connector.
12 . Disconnect the engine hood lock switch
connector.
13 . Disconnect the outdoor temperature
sensor connector.

14 . Remove the intercooler assembly. (Refer to "Chapter 14 Intake Air - Intake air
pipe, replacement")
15 . Remove the electronic fan assembly. (Refer to "Chapter 17 Cooling - electronic
fan, replacement")
16 . Remove the radiator assembly. (Refer to "Chapter 17 Cooling - radiator,
replacement")
17 . Remove condenser assembly. (Refer to "Chapter 61 heating & A/C - condenser,
overhaul")
18 . Remove the engine hood lock. (Refer to "Chapter 85 Door Lock - engine hood
lock, replacement")
19 . Remove the oil cooler assembly. (refer to “Chapter 41 Transmission - oil cooler
assembly, Replacement).

20 . Remove the fixing bolts of the water tank
upper beam and fixing plate.
