(a) Check whether the connecting rod and connecting rod bearings are worn and the 04
clearance is too large.

9 . Check crankshaft and crankshaft main bearing
(a) Check whether the crankshaft and crankshaft main bearing are worn and the clearance
is too large.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES>To step 10.
No> Clean, repair or change the default parts.
10 . Check piston and piston ring
(a) Check whether the piston and piston ring are worn and the clearance is too large.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES>To step 11.
No> Clean, repair or change the default parts.
11 . Check timing chain
(a) Check whether the timing chain is worn, stretched, cracked.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES>To step 12.
No> Clean, repair or change the default parts.
12 . Check idler wheel
(a) Check whether the idler wheel is worn and the clearance is too large.
