14 . Check the intake and exhaust pipe
(a) Check whether the intake and exhaust pipe is damaged, cracked.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES>To step 15.
04 No> Clean, repair or change the default parts.
15 . Check piston pin.
(a) Check whether the piston pin is worn and the clearance is too large.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES>To step 16.
No> Clean, repair or change the default parts.
16 . Check the engine valve timing
(a) Check whether the engine timing gear mark is aligned, damaged or not, the belt is
loose, detaching or not.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES>Complete the diagnosis and the system is confirmed to be normal.
No > Perform the alignment operation of the timing chin or change the timing chain.
