(c) Examine reversing lamp relay R02 with a
multimeter.

Check if the result is normal?
YES> To step 4.

NO> Replace reversing lamp relay .

4 . Detect open circuit of wiring harness
(a) Ignition switch: "LOCK".
(b) Disconnect reversing lamp relay R02.
(c) Disconnect TCU connector P01 .

(d) Examine resistance value between reversing
lamp relay R02 and TCU P01;
Standard resistance: (Check for open
circuit)

Multimeter connection Standard value

R02(1) - P001(15) ≤ 2 Ω

R02(2) - P001(7) ≤ 2 Ω

Check if the result is normal?
YES>Replace the transmission
NO>Fix or change the harness.
