ASSEMBLING ENGINE ASSEMBLY

1. Assembly preparation
(a). Fix the engine cylinder block to roll-over
stand.
(b). Install the water drain plug on the left side
of engine.
NOTICE:
When installing the water drain plug, Loctite 262
glue shall be applied.

2. Install cooling nozzle fitting and pressure-
limiting valve components
(a). Fix the cooling nozzle fitting to the main oil
gallery in cylinder block through pressure-
limiting valve components.
NOTICE:
When installing, check whether the cooling nozzle
is unobstructed.

3. Install crankshaft
(a). Select the upper and lower main bearing
shell according to the identification labels
on the bottom surface of cylinder block.
