REMOVAL AND INSTALLTING

1. Remove the crankshaft front oil seal
(a). Remove the shock-absorbing pulley unit (
for the longitudinal engine ).
• Remove the shock-absorbing pulley
assembly fixing bolt ( arrow direction )
and the shock-absorbing pulley unit.

(b). Remove the shock-absorbing pulley unit(
for the horizontal engine ).
• Remove the shock-absorbing pulley unit
fixing bolt ( arrow direction ) and the
shock-absorbing pulley unit.

(c). Remove the crankshaft front oil seal.
• Pry out the crankshaft front oil seal using
the screwdriver wrapped with protection
adhesive tape.

2. Install the crankshaft front oil seal
(a). Fit a new crankshaft front oil seal.
