ENGINE CONTROL SYSTEM - ELECTRONIC THROTTLE 11-19

REPLACEMENT 11

1 . Switch off the ignition.
2 . Open the engine hood.
3 . Disconnect battery negative cable. (Refer to "Chapter 20 Starting and Charging
- battery, replacement")
4 . Remove the intake air line. (Refer to "Chapter 14 Intake Air - intake air line,
replacement)

5 . Disconnect the throttle valve body
connector.

6 . Screw out the throttle valve body fixing
bolts.
7 . Take down the throttle valve body.

8 . Install the throttle valve body.
CAUTION

• After every removing the throttle valve
body, the throttle valve body gasket
should be replaced.

9 . Tighten the throttle valve body fixing bolts.
Torque: 10 Nm
