FUEL PIPE

REPLACE HIGH PRESSURE FUEL PIPE

1 . Release the fuel pressure. (Refer to "Chapter 12 Fuel - fuel system, precaution")
2 . Disconnect battery negative cable. (Refer to "Chapter 20 Start & charge - battery,
replacement")

3 . Screw out the fixing bolts of the high
pressure fuel pipe.
4 . Screw out the collar nut of the high
pressure fuel pipe and fuel pump.

5 . Screw out the collar nut of the high
pressure fuel pipe and fuel pump, and take
down the high pressure fuel pipe.
6 . Screw out the collar nut of the injector fuel
supply pipe and the fuel rail.
7 . Screw out the collar nut of the injector fuel
supply pipe and the fuel injector, and take
down the injector fuel supply pipe.

8 . Install the high pressure fuel pipe, and
tighten the collar nut of the high pressure
fuel pipe and fuel pump.
9 . Tighten the collar nut of the injector fuel
supply pipe and the fuel rail.
10 . Install the injector fuel supply pipe, and
tighten the collar nut of the injector fuel
supply pipe and the fuel injector.
