12-36 FUEL - FUEL PIPE

REPLACE FUEL PUMP RETURN PIPE

1 . Release the fuel pressure. (Refer to "Chapter 12 Fuel - fuel system, precaution")

2 . Disconnect battery negative cable. (Refer to "Chapter 20 Start & charge - battery,
replacement")
3 . Disengage the fixing buckle of the fuel
return pipe.
4 . Press the lock piece and release the fuel
return pipe joint.

5 . Release the fuel return pipe fixing buckle.
6 . Press the lock piece and release the fuel
return pipe joint.
7 . Release the fixing clamp, and take out the
fuel return pipe joint.
8 . Take down the fuel return pipe.

9 . Install the fuel return pipe.
10 . Install the fuel return pipe joint, and
connect the fixing clamp.
11 . Press the lock piece and connect the fuel
return pipe joint.
12 . Connect the fuel return pipe fixing buckle.
