12-32 FUEL - HIGH PRESSURE FUEL RAIL
HIGH PRESSURE FUEL RAIL
REPLACEMENT

1 . Release the fuel pressure. (Refer to "Chapter 12 Fuel - fuel system, precaution")
2 . Disconnect battery negative cable. (Refer to "Chapter 20 Start & charge - battery,
replacement")
3 . Disconnect the fuel rail pressure sensor.
4 . Press the lock piece and release the fuel
supply pipe joint.
5 . Screw out the fuel pipe joint.
6 . Screw out the fuel pipe supply joint.
7 . Screw out the high pressure fuel pipe
fixing bolts, and take down the high
pressure fuel rail.
8 . Install the high pressure fuel rail, tighten
the fixing bolts.
