12-28 FUEL - FUEL INJECTOR

FUEL INJECTOR

REPLACEMENT

1 . Release the fuel pressure. (Refer to "Chapter 12 Fuel - fuel system, precaution")
2 . Disconnect battery negative cable. (Refer to "Chapter 20. Start & charge - battery,
replacement")

3 . Remove the fuel injector return pipe
buckle, and disconnect the fuel injector
return pipe.
4 . Disconnect the fuel injector connector.

5 . Screw out the connecting nut between the
high pressure fuel pipe and the fuel
injector, the high pressure fuel rail, take
down the high pressure fuel pipe.

6 . Screw out the fuel injector fixing bolt, and
take out the fuel injector plate and the fuel
injector.
