COOLING - EGR COOLER COOLANT SUPPLY PIPE 17-33

11 . Install the EGR cooler coolant supply pipe,
reset the connecting clamp of the EGR
cooler coolant supply pipe and the EGR
cooler.
12 . Tighten the EGR cooler coolant supply
pipe bracket fixing bolts.
13 . Refit the exhaust pressure sensors
bracket, and tighten the exhaust pressure
sensor bracket fixing bolts.

14 . Connect the EGR cooler coolant supply 17
pipe and the cylinder block, tighten the
fixing bolt of the EGR cooler coolant
supply pipe and the cylinder block.

15 . Refit the engine bracket, tighten the engine
bracket fixing bolt.

16 . Install the generator. (Refer to "Chapter 20 Start & Charge - generator, overhaul")
17 . Install the A/C compressor assembly. (Refer to "Chapter 61 heater and air
conditioning - A/C compressor , overhaul")
18 . Install the steering oil pump. (Refer to "Chapter 52 Steering -steering oil pump
assembly, replacement")
19 . Install the engine accessory belt. (Refer to "Chapter 15 Engine mechanical system
- engine accessory belt, overhaul")
20 . Fill up the coolant. (Refer to "Chapter 05 Vehicle maintenance - Replacement,
coolant replacement")
