RADIATOR AIR OUTLET PIPE/ ENGINE WATER JACKET

AIR OUTLET PIPE
REPLACEMENT

1 . Drain the coolant. (Refer to "Chapter 05 Vehicle maintenance - Replacement,
coolant replacement")

2 . Screw out the fixing clamp of the radiator
air outlet pipe and the radiator, expansion
tank, disengage the connection of the
radiator air outlet pipe and the radiator,
expansion tank.

3 . Lever off the connecting clamp, take down
the radiator air outlet pipe.
4 . Screw out the fixing clamp of the engine
water jacket air outlet pipe and the
radiator, expansion tank, disengage the
connection of the engine water jacket air
outlet pipe and the radiator, expansion
tank, and take off the engine water jacket
air outlet pipe.

5 . Connect the engine water jacket air outlet
pipe and the radiator, expansion tank,
tighten the fixing clamp of the engine
water jacket air outlet pipe and the
radiator, expansion tank.
6 . Install the radiator air outlet pipe, reset the
connecting clamp.
7 . Connect the radiator air outlet pipe and
the radiator, expansion tank, tighten the
fixing clamp of the radiator air outlet pipe
and the radiator, expansion tank.

8 . Fill up the coolant. (Refer to "Chapter 05 Vehicle maintenance - Replacement,
coolant replacement")
