COOLING - SUPPLY AND RETURN PIPE OF AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM 17-25

10 . Connect the air conditioning system
supply pipe and thermostat housing, Reset
the fixing buckle of the air conditioning
system supply pipe and thermostat
housing.
11 . Tighten the fixing bolt of the air
conditioning system supply pipe and
vacuum pump, connect the air
conditioning system supply pipe and
vacuum pump.

12 . Connect the air conditioning system
supply and return water pipe and the
heating water tank, tighten the fixing clamp
of air conditioning system supply and
return pipe and the heating water tank.
13 . Tighten the fixing bolt of air conditioning
system supply and return pipe.
14 . Connect the fastening buckle of the intake
heating wire harness and air conditioning
supply and system return pipe.

15 . Reset the power vacuum tube, tighten the
fixing bolt of air conditioning system
supply and return pipe and power pump
vacuum pipe.

16 . Fill up the coolant. (Refer to "Chapter 05.Vehicle maintenance - replace coolant,
replacement")
