SUPPLY AND RETURN PIPE OF AIR CONDITIONING

SYSTEM
REPLACEMENT

CAUTION

• Since the supply and return pipes of the air conditioning system are connected
together, they should be replaced together.

1 . Drain the coolant. (Refer to "Chapter 05.Vehicle maintenance - replace coolant,
replacement")

2 . Unscrew the fixing bolt of air conditioning 17
system supply and return pipe and power
pump vacuum pipe, disengage the power
vacuum tube.

3 . Unscrew the fixing clamp of air
conditioning system supply and return
pipe and heating water tank, disengage
the air conditioning system supply and
return water pipe and the heating water
tank.
4 . Unscrew the fixing bolt of air conditioning
system supply and return pipe.
5 . Lever off the fastening buckle of the intake
heating wire harness and air conditioning
supply and system return pipe.
