9 . Screw out the fixing bolts, disconnect the
catalytic converter and the turbocharger,
and remove the gasket assembly.
CAUTION

• Replace the gasket assembly.

10 . Screw out the fixing nuts and bolts, and
take out the turbocharger assembly.

CAUTION

• Due to the high temperature, it is easy to
cause the nut and bolt rusted.Therefore,
before removing the nut and the bolt, apply
engine oil or analog at the thread, then
remove it carefully.
• Seal the oil holes of turbocharger and its
connecting pipes with clean and dust-free
cloths as soon as possible.

11 . Take off the turbocharger gasket.
CAUTION

• Must replace the turbocharger gasket.
