DIAGNOSTICS - AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM 04-323
Check whether the result is normal?
Yes> go to step 3
No > Maintenance or replace harness.
3 . Check the cycle servo motor
(a) Ignition switch: "OFF". 04
(b) Disconnect the connector C023 of cycle servo motor.
(c) Check the connector C023 function of the
cycle servo motor.
Conditions Connection Specified
pins value
Apply battery battery (+)-5
voltage cycle servo
between pins 5 battery (-)-6 motor operation
and 6
Check whether the result is normal?
Yes > Replace the air conditioner controller.
No > Replace the cycle servo motor, and verify again whether the failure exists.
