2 . Confirm whether there is fault code related to fuel in fuel indicator sensor?

(a) Ignition switch: OFF.
(b) Disconnect the battery negative cable.
(c) Disconnect fuel hydrous indicator sensor connector E19
(d) Disconnect connector E01 of ECM.

(e) Use a multimeter to measure the resistance
between the pin 1, 2 of fuel hydrous indicator
sensor connector E19 and the pin 49, 50 of
ECM connector E01 respectively.

E19（1）- E01（47） ＜10 Ω

E19（2）- E01（44） ＜10 Ω

(f) Use a multimeter to measure the resistance
between the pin 1, 2 of fuel hydrous indicator
sensor connector E19 and the ground
respectively.

E19（2）- ground ＞ 10 MΩ

Is the inspection result normal?

YES>To step 3.
No > Maintain or replace the harness.

3 . Replace fuel in fuel indicator sensor
(a) Replace fuel in fuel indicator sensor.
(b) Use a diagnostic apparatus to perform DTC verification procedures.
(c) Implement the steps to read sensor data stream.
(d) Check whether DTC exists.

Is the inspection result normal?
