           Standard

            Connect the pin by pmultimeter                  Standard value

            C10(6) - Grounding                              Not conducting
            C10(14) - Grounding                             Not conducting


           Is the inspection result normal?
           YES>To step 4.

           No >Maintain ECU communication CAN line.

           4 .    Check ECM power supply and grounding
           (a)    Check ECM power supply and circuit.
           (b)    Check ECM grounding circuit.

           Is the inspection result normal?
           YES>To step 5.

           No >Repair or replace the faulty wiring harness.

           5 .    Replace ECM
           (a)    Replace ECU。（Refer to “ Chapter 11 Engine control system — engine control
                  module”）
           (b)    Read the motor data shown on the diagnostic tool. Make sure that the diagnostic tool
                  communicates with ECU .
