ü Operational Active Global Support responsibility for technical activities and issues
ü Determine the customers technology risk exposure and facilitate risk mitigation plans
SCP SKILLS ü Deploy tools such as Going Live Check and Early Watch reports
ü Create a support process for the customer, account team and Active Global Support
ü Ensure message processing is achieved for critical issues
ü Develop, position, deliver and enable execution of the Service and support plans
ü Review the service and support reports with the customer on a quarterly basis
ü Active use of SAP Solution Manager
ü Proactive system and landscape monitoring
ü Quarterly review of SAP Service & Support Report and analysis of key findings
