Each of us at CAS possesses grace and gratitude in their

own way. I have seen evidence of this in the past four

years that I have been privileged to be at CAS. Embrace

your gratitude and cultivate it. Share it with the world that

needs many other positive models.

Everyday set you mind in the right direction. Find

something to be grateful for and make a difference in this

world! Happiness is not always having things go well for

you all the time. It is about loving what you have and being

grateful for it.
