Principals

In 2017, Rachel Disbrow and I decided to join strengths and work

together to lead the Pre-Primary and Primary grade levels. This

model gave us the opportunity to rethink the position of a Principal

and how sharing this leadership role can be a powerful tool to

achieve success.
