       Abuja Prep Tennis and Badminton Club offers students a fun and engaging way to learn the
       rudiments  of badminton. Our activities include warm-up exercises, basic skill drills (such
       as serving, rallying, and footwork), and friendly matches. Students also participate in team

       games that promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and coordination. In our weekly practice
       sessions, we help our students build physical fitness, confidence, and a love for the sport.

       Badminton provides a wide range of benefits for children, supporting both their physical
       and mental development. Here are some of them:
