The Church of the Holy Trinity, Orton Longueville, the last resting place of
George and Joyce Shepperson, is situated in a quiet and leafy suburb of
Peterborough and is approaching a venerable 750 years of age (c1275).
George Shepperson was a highly knowledgeable church historian and often
expressed a deep affection for this particular house of God.
