TAMAN ZOOLOGI
Zoological Park Division

Bahagian Taman Zoologi berperanan merancang, menyelaras dan melaksanakan pengauditan tahunan ke
atas premis Zoo & Pameran Tetap (ZPT) dalam memastikan kebajikan, kesihatan dan keselamatan hidupan
liar terpelihara selain berperanan dalam proses pengeluaran semula Permit Pengendalian Zoo dan Permit
Pameran Tetap. Bahagian Taman Zoologi juga berperanan dalam mengurus pelaksanaan gerak kerja
Memorandum Persefahaman (MoU)/Perjanjian bagi kerjasama program konservasi hidupan liar antara
Jabatan dengan premis Zoo dan Pameran Tetap termasuklah institusi antarabangsa.

The Zoological Park Division is responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing annual audits on
the premises of Zoos & Permanent Exhibitions in order to ensure the preservation of wildlife’s welfare, health
and safety besides playing the role in the process of reissuing the operational permit for Zoos and
Permanent Exhibitions. The Zoological Park Division also serves to manage the implementation of the
Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) / Agreement for wildlife conservation co-operation program
between the Department and Zoo or Permanent Exhibition premises which include international
institutions.
