Now, take a look at those clips and how much more discipline Joel is with his follow through and how he sticks his landing on balance.
Joel must be held accountable on his discipline every time he takes a shot, whether it is at practice, individual workout or games. One thing we can do during individual workouts is to not count makes unless he follows through and stick his landing. After games, we can look at all of his catch and shoot and see how disciplined his shots were regardless of results. We will look at the percentages of the shots he made with good discipline versus the percentage with bad discipline.
