The Grateful Patient Program...When Thank You Just Isn’t Enough
Patients and their loved ones often ask how they can show their appreciation for the excellent care received at Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital. The Grateful Patient Program provides a simple yet special way to honor caregivers who make a difference.
Such gifts are among the most sincere tributes one can make. By sharing gratitude for restored health, compassionate nursing care, physician skill, or simply comfort and kindness at a difficult time, donors give hospital and foundation leaders the chance to recognize caregivers throughout the organization.
Each honoree receives a starfish lapel pin, personalized card including donor notes of appreciation, certificate, and recognition within the hospital. Presentations often become department celebrations as caregivers gather to congratulate their colleagues.
These thoughtful gifts provide valuable support to the programs, equipment and technology that allow CCIRH to maintain the highest level of healthcare for our community. And they make a lasting impression on the honored caregiver and the many patients who will benefit from resulting advancements.
