Your Estate Planning
Thank you for your instructions to prepare your estate planning documents.
We have now prepared these documents and enclose a copy of each of them for you
to read and consider.
If you find the contents of the documents to be in accordance with your wishes and
instructions please telephone and make an appointment to come and sign the original
documents as soon as possible. If the documents are not in accordance with your
instructions please contact us immediately to enable us to fulfil your wishes.
It is not necessary for your Attorneys and Guardians to be present at the time you sign
the documents to accept their appointments. Arrangements can be made for them to
accept their appointments at a later date. However, it is preferable for them to come
with you, if you wish, and if you are able to arrange it.
We also note the writer recommends that you should provide copies of your estate
planning documentation to your accountant Simon Rutherford of PKF, for his review.
If you wish us to forward a copy of the documents to him please advise us accordingly.
We note our costs at $4,015.00 (inclusive of GST). It is our practice to provide you
with a Tax Invoice for this sum at the time you sign your documents and we would be
grateful if you attended to payment on the day you attend our office. However, if you
do not contact us within twenty one (21) days of the date of this letter for the purpose
of making an appointment to sign your documents we will send you a reminder and
provide you with a Tax Invoice at that time. Our terms of trade require payment of
accounts within fourteen (14) days from the date of the Tax Invoice.
